A wide range of financial options are available to you at our dental office, because we understand that our patients’ dental needs and financial situations vary.

We accept insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice files to most dental insurance programs. We are in-network providers with BCBS, Always Care/Colonial Life, and Delta Dental.  

Our office manager will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits and file them on your behalf. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be upon request. Your estimated patient portion will be due on the date of service.

Dental Membership Plan

Adult – $449/year per person existing patients
$589/year for New Patients

From 14 and up

Benefits:

  • 2 Exams with X-rays as Needed
  • 2 Cleanings
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 2 Periodontal Screenings
  • 15% Off Dental Procedures
  • Plans renew yearly based on the selected plan, unless canceled prior to renewal date

 Adult Periodontal Maintenance Plan – $847/year per person existing patients

Benefits:

  • 2 Exams with X-rays as Needed
  • 4 Periodontal Maintenance
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 2 Periodontal Screenings
  • 15% Off Dental Procedures
  • Plans renew yearly based on the selected plan, unless canceled prior to renewal date

Child – $369/year per child existing patients $ 497/year for New patients
Under 14

Benefits:

  • 2 Exams with X-rays as Needed
  • 2 Cleanings
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments

  • Plans renew monthly/yearly based on the selected plan, unless canceled prior to renewal date

We Accept Cash, Check, and Debit and Credit Cards

You may pay your dental bill via cash, check, credit, or debit card.

We Accept Care Credit and Lending Point Loans

We also accept Care Credit in instances where your total obligation exceeds your ability to pay in full. In addition, we are able to work with lending point loans and help you apply online.
